CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change! However, to protect my time and business, I have a cancellation policy in place. • A valid card on file is required to book and will be held securely. • All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. • If you cancel within 48 hours, cancellation fee will be charged of 50% of your scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for respecting my time and business! *all hair fixes must be communicated at fixed within 2 weeks of initial appointment to be considered a fix. Anything beyond 2 weeks is not considered a fix and will be charged as a whole service. *all other policies can be viewed on my instagram.
